§ 116.039 TRANSFERABILITY.
   Food Purveyor Licenses required by this chapter shall not be transferable or assignable from one (1) person or entity to another person or entity, from one (1) location to another location, or from one (1) type of operation to another type of operation if the food operation changes from the type of operation specified in the license application and the change in operation is not approved by the Regulatory Authority. A new Food Purveyor License must be obtained by any new operator or owner of any such business or if the location of the business changes. Whenever a new license is required to be obtained by this section, the old license must be surrendered to the Village, and the applicable fees for the new license must be paid. No refund shall be granted for an unexpired period of the former license.
