(A) Food Purveyor Licenses for temporary food establishments shall be issued for a period of time not to exceed fourteen (14) consecutive days in conjunction with a single event or celebration.
(B) The license shall state "Temporary Food Service License" and the time for which it is valid.
(C) The license shall be issued to the operator for the premises stated in the application and shall not be transferable to another person or entity or to another location.
(D) The Regulatory Authority or Food Sanitarian has the authority to restrict the type of foods or beverages offered for consumption.
