Upon receipt of an application for a license required by this chapter, the Regulatory Authority shall make an inspection of the food establishment to determine compliance with the provisions of this chapter. When the inspection reveals that the proposed food establishment complies with the applicable requirements of this chapter, the applicant has otherwise complied with all of the requirements of this chapter and the general licensing provisions, and the applicant has paid the applicable license fee, a Food Purveyor License shall be issued to the applicant by the Regulatory Authority.
