§ 116.021 ESTABLISHMENTS OUTSIDE VILLAGE.
   (A)   Food establishments not located in the Village, but whose products are sold or served in the Village, must be approved by the State Department of Public Health in the state in which the food establishment is located or by other properly constituted enforcing agencies.
   (B)   At the direction of the Food Sanitarian, the extraterritorial food establishments may be required to have placed on file with the Regulatory Authority the latest copy of an inspection report from the State Board of Health or other proper agency having cognizance over the non-local establishment stating this food establishment is in compliance with all requirements of the applicable code relating to sanitation. On receipt of the report, the Food Sanitarian may permit the sale or serving of the products from the food establishments in the Village as long as the establishment remains in compliance with the requirements of the applicable code.
