All food establishments shall be inspected by the Regulatory Authority according to the risk classification as established in the Illinois Food Service Sanitation Code adopted herein. Inspection frequency will be at least one (1) time annually or more frequently depending on the risk classification, the facility's operation and previous history of compliance with all regulations.
