(A) Licensed retail establishments in the Village of Schiller Park where alcoholic liquor is drawn, poured, mixed or otherwise served for consumption on the premises, whether the establishment operates on a nonprofit or for-profit basis, as permitted under the Act, the State Gaming Board Regulations and the rules and regulations contained in this chapter; and
(B) Licensed fraternal establishments, veteran establishments and truck stop establishments in the Village of Schiller Park as permitted under the Act, the State Gaming Board Regulations and the rules and regulations contained in this chapter.
