§ 71.17 TIME LIMITS; GENERALLY.
   Except on Sundays or holidays, it shall be unlawful to park any vehicle for a longer consecutive period of time than that designated between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. in any area designated as a limited parking area.
