§ 32.99 FINE.
   (A)    Any person, firm, corporation, or other entity who violates any provision of this chapter for which another penalty is not specifically provided shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine not exceeding seven hundred and fifty dollars ($750.00). A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day a violation occurs or continues.
   (B)   Any person, firm, corporation, or other entity violating any of the provisions of §§ 32.30 through 32.43, or neglecting to comply with any order issued pursuant to any section thereof, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be fined up to seven hundred and fifty dollars ($750.00) for each offense and, in addition thereto, a fine of not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) for each day the violation is permitted to exist beyond a reasonable period after service, as provided in that subchapter.
   (C)   Any person, firm, corporation, or other entity that refuses to pay or fails to pay any of the charges listed in §§ 32.91 through 32.94 within sixty (60) days of the notice of the charge, will be deemed to have violated this chapter and will incur a fine of not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than seven hundred and fifty dollars ($750.00) for each offense, plus all legal fees and all costs caused by enforcement. Such fees and costs shall include, but not be limited to, attorneys' fees and the cost of collection. A separate offense shall be deemed committed for each day on which a violation occurs and continues. In addition to any other remedy provided herein or in law, any person, firm, corporation, or other entity guilty of a violation of any of the provisions of §§ 32.91 through 32.94 shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than seven hundred and fifty dollars ($750.00) for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed for each day on which a violation occurs or continues.
