§ 32.39 RECORD OF FIRES.
   The Department Chief shall keep in the office of the Bureau of Fire Prevention a record of all fines and of all facts concerning the same, including statistics as to the extent of the fires and the damage caused thereby, and whether the losses were covered by insurance and, if so, in what amount. The record shall be made daily from the reports made by the inspectors under the provisions of this chapter. All of these records shall be public records.
