The Bureau of Fire Prevention shall establish a fee schedule for each inspection, plan review and other service performed after determining a reasonable charge. The Fire Chief shall from time to time review the fee schedule and present any amendment to the fee schedule to the Board of Trustees for approval. Each inspection, plan review or other service performed shall be billed in accordance with the fee schedule adopted by the Board of Trustees. All recipients of a service shall be billed in accordance with the policies and procedures of the Bureau of Fire Prevention and the Village.
