(A) In addition to all other compensation provided to the employees of the Village, each of those in the classified service shall receive an annual allowance for clothing and equipment in an amount as established by the President and Board of Trustees from time to time.
(B) At his own expense, any Volunteer Firefighter or person in the Classified Service may equip a motor vehicle owned and operated solely by him with not to exceed two (2) lamps, each of which shall emit a blue flashing light without glare while such person is responding to a fire.
