(A) All persons in the uniformed fire service are required to have a physical examination every two (2) years at the expense of the Village, and at the time and place and with the medical personnel who shall perform physical examinations as designated by the Chief of the Fire Department, who shall maintain a record of all such physical examinations.
(B) A physical examination that is conducted by medical personnel other than those designated by the Chief of the Fire Department shall not satisfy the requirements of this section.
