(A) Within 180 days of the successful completion of his probationary period, an appointee to a position in the uniformed fire service of the Village shall be required to move within the area bounded on the north and the east by the Illinois State line, on the south by Interstate 80, and on the west by Illinois State Route 47.
(B) Residence requirements modified or newly adopted for positions in the uniformed fire service of the Village shall apply to employees already appointed thereto, whether such employee has already been certified therein or is within the probationary period therefor. All such employees shall be required to comply with modified or newly adopted residence requirements within twelve (12) months of the adoption thereof.
