The Chief of the Fire Department is authorized hereby to establish and order such rules and regulations as the Department Chief sees fit for the guidance of members of the Fire Department in the management and operation of the Fire Department provided, however, that such rules and regulations shall not be inconsistent with this Code and/or the Rules and Regulations of the Board of Fire and Police Commissioners of the Village.
