§ 70.205 ISSUANCE.
   Upon the payment by the applicant of the fee prescribed for the license required by this subchapter, the Village Clerk shall issue a license which shall be attested by him or her, authorizing the operation of the motor vehicle or motor bicycle within the Village until the expiration of the license.
