§ 119.111 LICENSE REQUIRED; FEE.
   Before placement of a Clothing Donation Container occurs as permitted in this chapter, a license shall first be obtained from the Village. Any applicant for a license pursuant to this section shall complete an application on a form to be determined by the Village. The fee for said license shall be one hundred dollars ($100.00). The license shall be renewed on a yearly basis.
