An owner of record shall be in violation of this Section if his/her vehicle is used in conjunction with the following:
(A) The possession or delivery of a controlled substance or drug paraphernalia;
(B) Driving during or after the commission of a felony;
(C) Driving under the influence;
(D) Driving while license, permit or privilege to operate a motor vehicle is suspended or revoked;
(E) Excessive speed;
(F) Operating a vehicle with an outstanding criminal warrant;
(G) Fleeing and eluding a peace officer;
(H) Operation of a motor vehicle without a valid driver's license;
(I) Prostitution or solicitation;
(J) Reckless driving or aggravated reckless driving;
(K) Transportation or possession of stolen goods or property;
(L) Underage possession of alcohol;
(M) Unlawful use of weapons.
