No person, while in the presence of the Hearing Officer or during the hearing process, shall knowingly do any act in such an unreasonable manner as to alarm or disturb another and to provoke a breach of the peace. Any person believed to be in violation of this section shall be prosecuted pursuant to this ordinance in the Circuit Court of Cook County. Any person found in violation of this section shall be fined not less than $50 or more than $750.
