   Final determinations of vehicular regulation violation liability made pursuant to this section shall be subject to the provisions of the Administrative Review Law as is set forth in ILCS Ch. 735, Act 5, §§ 3-101 et seq. of the Illinois Code of Civil Procedure, which sections are incorporated herein by reference.
