§ 37.11 ELECTION OF REMEDIES.
   Nothing in this section shall preclude the Village from petitioning a court of competent jurisdiction to adjudicate a violation or a violation which provides the remedy of imprisonment, or from petitioning a court of competent jurisdiction to impose the remedy of imprisonment for failure to comply with an order of a Hearing Officer.
