§ 125.102 PEG ACCESS SUPPORT FEE IMPOSED.
   In addition to the fee imposed pursuant to § 125.101, PEG access support fee in an amount equal to one percent (1%) of the holder's gross revenues is imposed hereby on any holder providing cable service or video service within the corporate limits of the Village.
