§ 96.170 DISPOSITION OF FINES AND PENALTIES.
   For offenses committed within the corporate limits of the Village of Schiller Park or within the limits of the jurisdiction of the Village, fines and penalties recovered under the provisions of this Division shall be paid to the Village Treasurer of the Village of Schiller Park for placement into the Village's General Fund.
