 § 70.005 APPLICABILITY TO BICYCLES; ANIMALS.
   Every person riding a bicycle or an animal or driving any animal-drawn vehicle upon a street or roadway shall be subject to the provisions of this chapter applicable to the driver of a vehicle, except those provisions of this chapter which, by their nature, can have no application.
