§ 30.017 ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURES FOR COMPLIANCE WITH THE FAIR LABOR STANDARDS ACT.
   (A)   Non-covered employees. The following employees of the Village hereby are declared to be non-covered employees for purposes of the Fair Labor Standards Act:
      (1)   Village Clerk.
      (2)   Deputy Village Clerk.
      (3)   Administrative Assistant to the Village President.
   (B)   Exempt employees. For purposes of the Fair Labor Standards Act, the following employees of the Village are declared hereby to be exempt employees, in that they are executive, administrative, professional, and/or temporary employees working for the Recreation Department:
      (1)   Manager/Comptroller.
      (2)   Treasurer.
      (3)   Finance Officer.
      (4)   Director of Streets, Sanitation, and Water.
      (5)   Chief of Police.
      (6)   Police Captain.
      (7)   Police Lieutenant.
      (8)   Police Sergeant.
      (9)   Fire Chief.
      (10)   Firefighters working additional hours while assigned to the Chief Inspector [of the Bureau of Fire Prevention] as the Building Official/Administrator.
      (11)   Fire Lieutenant.
      (12)   Chief Inspector of the Bureau of Fire Prevention.
      (13)   Director of Emergency Medical Services.
      (14)   Assistant to the Village Manager/ Comptroller.
      (15)   Director of Parks and Recreation.
      (16)   Director of Community Development.
