Applications for the permit required by § 52.15 shall be referred to the Superintendent of Sewers and Water and no permit shall be issued unless the Superintendent has found the ordinances of the Village would be complied with by the making of the connection. No permit shall be issued until the time the applicant, at his or her expense, shall have made provision for a television inspection of the sewer pipe.
