§ 52.16 APPLICATION FOR PERMIT.
   Application for the permit required by § 52.15 shall be made to the Superintendent of Sewers and Water and shall be accompanied by a statement as to the purpose of the connection, the premises to be served and the specifications of the pipe to be connected and the drain from the house to the sewer pipe.
