§ 30.007 DUTY OF OFFICERS TO MAKE MONTHLY DELIVERIES OF RECEIPTS, REPORTS AND THE LIKE TO THE VILLAGE TREASURER.
   Every officer of the Village, at least once each month, shall turn over all money received by him or her in his or her official capacity to the Village Treasurer with a statement showing the source from which the same was received.
