(A) The licensee shall provide a site suitable to the Village on or adjacent to the property to be filled and make adequate provision for authorized represen- tatives of the Village to inspect any and all equipment and landfill material to be utilized in the completion of the project. As an inspection fee, the Village shall be paid the sum of $2 for each and every truckload of clean landfill material utilized in the project.
(B) All landfill operations shall be restricted to the hours of 6:00 a.m. through 6:00 p.m.
