(A) All receptacles, so far as possible, shall be placed close to the public alley abutting the property for which they are provided and easily accessible to the collector.
(B) Where alleys exist, garbage receptacles shall be collected from the rear of the premises and where no alleys exist, refuse shall be collected from the public parkway on the designated collection day.
(C) Receptacles should be set out on the public parkway at the curb no earlier than 6:00 p.m. of the day preceding the designated collection day.
(D) Except as provided above, the keeping or storage of any receptacles on any street, lane, alley, park or public place in the Village is forbidden.
