(A) Separate receptacles for putrescible and non-putrescible matter. It shall be the duty of the owner, the owner's agent or the occupant of any house, building, flat, apartment or tenement in the Village where people reside, board or lodge or where animal or vegetable matter is prepared or served, at all times, to maintain in good order and repair a can or other receptacle approved by the Village for garbage and a separate receptacle for tin cans, bottles, ashes and similar refuse.
(B) Deposits restricted. It shall be the duty of every occupant to deposit nothing but garbage or paper in the receptacle provided for the same and nothing but tin cans or bottles in the receptacle provided for the same.
