§ 36.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   It is a misdemeanor for any person to violate any of the provisions of this chapter, unless such violation is by this chapter or other law of the state declared to be a felony.
   (B)   Any person, firm, or corporation convicted of a misdemeanor for a violation of any of the provisions of this chapter shall be punished by a fine of $500 for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed to have been committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
