§ 36.077 USE OF RECEIPTS.
   All proceeds resulting from the imposition of the hotel-motel tax under this chapter, including penalties, shall be paid into the treasury of the Village and shall be credited to and deposited in the Hotel/Motel Room Tax Fund thereof.
