§ 36.075 PROCEEDS OF TAX AND FINES.
   All proceeds resulting from the imposition of the tax under this chapter, including penalties, shall be paid into the treasury of the Village and shall be credited to and deposited in the Hotel/Motel Room Tax Fund thereof.
