(A) All vending machines shall be considered to be food establishments for purposes of this chapter and shall be subject to all of the requirements thereof including, but not limited to, license and inspection requirements.
(B) All vending machines must comply with requirements of the National Sanitation Foundation, or meet equivalent standards.
(C) Any other requirement deemed necessary by the Regulatory Authority to protect the public health shall be met for vending machines.
