§ 36.070 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning. The masculine, feminine, singular or plural is included in any circumstances.
   HOTEL or MOTEL. An establishment con-taining lodging accommodations designed for use by transients or travelers or temporary guests, which establishment is kept, used, or maintained as or advertised or held out to the public to be an inn, motel, hotel, or place where sleeping, office, conference or exhibition accommodations are furnished for lease or rent, whether with or without meals.
   HOTEL or MOTEL ACCOMMODATION. One (1) room offered for rental within a hotel or motel with or without an adjoining bath. The number of hotel or motel rooms within a suite shall be computed on the basis of those rooms utilized for the purpose of sleeping.
