§ 151.40 EARLY COMPLETION OF DETENTION FACILITIES.
   Where detention, retention, or depressional storage areas are to be used as part of the drainage system for a property, they shall be completed as part of the mass grading for the site. No construction will be allowed beyond the mass grading until the detention, retention, or depressional storage areas are complete.
