Any owner, lessee, sublessee, assignee, managing agent, or other person, firm, corporation, or real estate broker, who shall violate or fail to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter, as determined by the Department, shall be guilty of a business offense and fined an amount not to exceed $750. Each day such violation occurs or continues shall be deemed a separate offense.
