(A) The Zoning, Planning, and Appeals Commission is established hereby.
(B) Whenever, throughout this Code, reference is made to “Zoning Board of Appeals,” “Board of Appeals,” “Zoning Commission,” “Plan Commission,” “Planning and Zoning Commission,” and/or “Zoning, Planning, and Appeals Commission,” such term shall be construed to mean “Zoning, Planning and Appeals Commission.”
(C) Whenever, throughout this Code, reference is made to “Building Official,” “Chief Inspector,” and/or “Chief Inspector of the Bureau of Fire Prevention,” such term shall be construed to mean “Building Official.”
(D) Whenever, throughout this Code, reference is made to “Zoning Administrator,” such term shall be construed to mean “Director of Community Development.”
