§ 34.151 TERMS.
   The term of office for each member of the Parks and Recreation Board shall be five years. However, all members appointed to the Parks and Recreation Board after April 30, 1996 shall be appointed for a three-year term. Once appointed, a member shall hold office until his successor is appointed and has qualified. In the event of a vacancy in office, the Village President shall appoint, with the advice and consent of the Board of Trustees, a successor to serve for the unexpired term of the member who had held such office.
