§ 34.124 OFFICERS.
   Officers of the Historical Society shall be chosen by and from members of the Executive Committee. They shall be: a Chairman, a Vice Chairman, a Treasurer and a Recording/Corresponding Secretary. Officers shall be chosen for a term of two years. Their duties shall be described in the bylaws of the Society.
