§ 34.091 MEMBERSHIP; APPOINTMENT.
   The Electrical Commission shall consist of six members, as provided by ILCS Ch. 65, Act 5, § 11-37-2, and shall be appointed by the Village President with the advice and consent of the Board of Trustees. All members of the Commission shall be residents of the Village of Schiller Park.
