§ 34.013 REPORTS AND ANNUAL BUDGET REQUEST.
   On or before February 1 of each year, the Commission shall make a budget request for the ensuing fiscal year to the President and Board of Trustees. The Commission shall also forward its report monthly to the President and Board of Trustees, in the form of the minutes of its meetings conducted by the Commission during the prior month.
