§ 34.004 MAYOR'S COMMENDATION AWARD.
   In addition to the awards provided in § 34.003, there is further created the Village Mayor's Commendation Award, which shall be awarded by the Village President to persons he or she deems entitled thereto in appreciation of praiseworthy contributions to the Village and in recognition of faithful and devoted service to the citizens thereof.
