§ 34.002 PRESIDENT AND BOARD TO ACT AS COMMITTEE.
   In the event no Awards Committee is appointed or in the absence of activity of the Committee, the Village President and Board of Trustees, at their discretion and by an extraordinary vote of not less than 3/4 of the members of the Board, may designate and present to any person or persons any award provided in § 34.003.
