§ 133.05 ROULETTE AND THE LIKE PROHIBITED.

It shall be unlawful within the Village for any person to play or engage in faro, roulette or gambling for money or other valuable thing, to accept wagers or to engage in or conduct a wagering pool or lottery as herein defined.
