§ 133.04 SLOT MACHINES AND THE LIKE PROHIBITED.

It shall be unlawful within the Village for any person to own, operate, use, maintain for use or permit the use of a slot machine as herein defined or any table, wheel, or device of any kind intended, calculated or designed to be used for gaming or gambling or for playing any game of chance, except any licensed video gaming terminal as defined by the Illinois Video Gaming Act 230 ILCS 40/1 et seq.
