§ 133.02 EVIDENTIARY EFFECT OF PAYMENT OF FEDERAL SLOT MACHINE TAX.
   If any person pays a special tax pursuant to the provision of 26 USC 3267(a)(2), the payment shall be prima facie evidence that the person making the payment is maintaining for use or permitting the use of a slot machine.
