(A) Any student convicted of a violation of subsection (A) of § 132.71 shall be fined a sum not to exceed fifty dollars ($50) for the first conviction; seventy-five dollars ($75) for the second conviction; and one hundred dollars ($100) for each subsequent conviction.
(B) Any person convicted of a violation of subsection (B) of § 132.71 shall be fined a sum of not less than five hundred dollars ($500) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750) for each offense.
