§ 132.62 PENALTY.
   Any person found guilty of a violation of any of the terms of this subchapter shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than seven hundred and fifty dollars ($750.00). Each day that a violation is found to have existed shall be deemed a separate offense.
