It shall be the duty of any person conducting, calling for or managing any gathering in any premises other than a theater, lodge room or auditorium building constructed as provided in § 132.40 to notify the Village Clerk of the date of the intended use at least ten days before that meeting is to take place; upon that notice, the Fire Marshal or the Building Inspector shall inspect the premises to determine whether or not they comply with the provisions hereof. Any permit issued for any such gathering shall be subject to the conditions embodied in the permit.
